Mixing ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt.
Combining mixture: Stir the mixture using a fork or rubber spatula until fully combined. The texture should be thick and dough-like—similar to firm playdough.
Shaping: Using a small cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), portion the mixture. Roll each scoop between your palms, form smooth balls or gently press into rounded discs.
Serving: Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Freezing: Freeze for up to 3 months. To serve, allow to thaw for 5-10 minutes at room temperature for the best texture.
