Method
Coffee brewing: Brew 240 ml of black coffee using your preferred method (such as French press, pour-over, espresso diluted with hot water or Turkish coffee without residue).
Butter preparation: Cut 15 g of unsalted butter into small pieces for easier blending.
Base ingredients: Add the butter and 15 ml of MCT oil to a heat-resistant blender.
Optional creaminess: Optionally, blend in 15 ml of heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk for added creaminess.
Optional flavoring: Optionally, add a pinch of ground cinnamon or a few drops of sugar-free vanilla extract for extra flavour.
Combining: Carefully pour the hot coffee into the blender over the butter and oil.
Blending: Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds, until the mixture becomes creamy and frothy.
Serving: Pour into a mug and serve immediately while hot for optimal texture and taste.
Storing: Not suitable for refrigeration or freezing as the emulsion will break and ingredients will separate.
