Method
Lemon preparation: Firmly roll the lemons on the countertop to help release their juices. Cut each lemon in half and squeeze out the juice, ensuring to remove any seeds.
Base mixing: In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice with 1 litre of water.
Sweetening: Add a pinch of sweetener, then taste and adjust the sweetness to your preference.
Milk addition: Stir in 2 tablespoons of milk.
Chilling: Add plenty of ice cubes to chill the lemonade.
Serving: Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Storing: Not suitable for freezing as the milk component may separate when thawed and the texture will be compromised.
