Method
Water preparation: Pour 1 litre of cold water into a large pitcher.
Salt addition: Add 0.5 teaspoon of Himalayan salt to the water to provide sodium and trace minerals.
Lemon addition: Squeeze the juice from 1 medium lemon, about 2 tablespoons each, into the water for natural flavor and vitamin C.
Optional supplements: Optionally, stir in Magnesium Citrate powder and/or Potassium Chloride to support muscle, nerve, and heart function.
Mixing: Mix thoroughly until all salts and powders are fully dissolved.
Chilling: Chill the drink in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor and refreshment.
Serving: Serve cold, stirring gently before pouring.
Refrigerating: Can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 day, but refrigeration is recommended for best taste and freshness.
Freezing: Not suitable for freezing.
