If you don't have fresh herbs, dried will work too, just use a little less.

Method


Combining ingredients: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy cream for extra richness (optional), lemon juice or white wine vinegar, dill, parsley, chives, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Mixing: Whisk or shake until well combined.

Tasting: Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.

Chilling: Chill for at least an hour for best flavor, but feel free to enjoy it right away.

Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5–7 days.

Freeze: Not recommended, as the texture may separate when thawed.
