Method


Mince the garlic: Finely mince 1–2 garlic cloves.

Combine ingredients: In a bowl, add ½ cup full-fat plain yogurt, ¼ cup tahini paste, minced garlic, 1–2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2–4 tablespoons warm water (adjust for desired consistency), salt, and cumin to taste. Optional: a pinch of paprika or cayenne.

Whisk until smooth: Whisk all ingredients together until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.

Freeze: Not recommended, as the texture may separate upon thawing.
